Hp ePrint doesn’t work when I select the option “Allowed Senders” in HpConnected.com.
I found out that when I select the option “open for anyone” everything works fine: I can send an email to my printer and its prints the document. But, of course, I don’t want that anyone can send prints to my printer.
When I select the option “Allowed Senders” and I send a print task i do receive a emailmessage that the task is send, but the printer just doesn't print. Even when I use the “owner” email address (the one I use to sign in and which can’t be removed)!
Can anyone help me?

Welcome to the HP Forums!
Thank you for posting your query on this forum, it's a great place to find answers.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you follow the below steps and check if it resolves the issue.
Make sure the correct printer email address is in the To: field.
If there are additional email addresses in the same field as the printer's email address, the HP ePrint server cancels the print job. For additional recipients, type the email address in the Cc: field.
Make sure the subject line has text. A blank email subject line might cause the HP ePrint server to cancel the print job.
Review the email and attachments. Make sure they are the supported file types and size.
Make sure the printer is turned on and connect to a wired (Ethernet) or wireless network.
If you continue to face the issue, follow the steps in the below article.

Thanks for your answers.
I've tried all the options you've suggested.
The strange thing is that it all works fine when I select the option “open for anyone” in HpConnected.com. But when I change the option to “Allowed Senders” (and i'm sure the emailadress is correct because i use the adress with which i'm registratied) the printer doesn't print anymore. Other emailadressed don't work either.
When Is change the setting to "open for anyone" it works again. So it looks like the option "Allowed Senders" just doesn't work.
Any other suggestions?

It is great to have you back and your patience is greatly appreciated.
You need to add the email address from which you are printing. You will be able to print only from the email addresses listed in the allowed sender list.
Please refer to the below artilce for more information.

I have done this. I have 2 email adresses in the list: the one with which i'm registrated. I can't change this one (owner).
And i have added another email adress.
When I send an email (from both emailadresses) I do get a message from donotreply@hpeprint.com that a task is send, but the printer won't print.
Any other suggestions?

Yes! This one actually works. I can now print from all the email adresses I've added.
I did have to re-add the email address I registered with, because this one didn't work at first (so its now listed twice in the list of allowed emailadresses).
But now everything works as expected.
Thanks for your support!
