Hi I'm having an issue with Hp e-print that just started today. On say 10% of emails/prints I send to the printer, I am getting this error message in a response email:

 

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:
     xxxxxx@hpeprint.com

Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain hpeprint.com by onramp02.hpeprint.com. [15.240.34.66].

The error that the other server returned was:
554 5.7.1 <xxxxx@hpeprint.com>: Relay access denied

 

Any help resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

 

Please try other email address(es). I know HP ePrint service will reject some email address domains. Please don't ask me why because they may be in a black list, I don't know.

I have tried this, and am getting the same exact error message from a newly created gmail account, unfortunately a different email account and domain did not work. There has to be an issue on HP's servers end. I sent out two print jobs from this email account and the 2nd one already got bounced back.

I have the exact same problem!! I tried  sending emails to my hpeprint account from several different gmail accounts and always got the same error..  I then tried to send an email from my hotmail and outlook account and It worked.  

 

I figure that for some reason, this is a problem with google mail.  They may be either filtering and rejecting these emails for some reason, or may be a setting that needs to be modified

Hi, I have recently noticed that this started happening again after being problem free for months. I haven't changed anything, so I'm assuming there is an issue on HP's end again. Please advise.

 

This is the current error message:

HP?? Anything on this? I really can't change my email from gmail just for printing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
