Hello
I have a hard time getting my Hp ePrint 4520 printer to stay connected to the internet. I usually have to turn it off and then back on for it to work every single day.
I'm looking to set up a reserved IP address and ports to fix this issue on my modem, but I'm not sure what specific port numbers will get this fixed. Anyone know?

Welcome to the HP Forums. I would be happy to help you with your HP ENVY 4520 Printer. I understand that it does not maintain wireless connection and you have already done some preliminary troubleshooting.
Don't worry though as I have a few steps to determine the issue and find a solution as well,
Click here and follow the steps mentioned in the HP Guided troubleshooter to fix this issue.
Let me know how it goes.
Cheers.

Hi,
as @sandytechy20 is out of the office today, I'm replying to you. I appreciate the steps you have performed and have certainly done a good job.
I understand that your HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer loses the network connection. You have to restart the printer to make it connect again.
The evidence indicates that the printer is losing the IP address. I recommend you to perform the following steps to isolate the issue and arrive at a fix: http://hp.care/2v2oJva
NOTE: Please skip any steps that may have tried before.
- Step 3: Reset the printer and check the connection status.
- Step 4: Make sure the correct port is selected.
- Step 6: Create a manual connection (network connections only).
- Step 7: Add a second printer device to Windows (network connections only).
- Step 5: Update the printer's firmware this link: www.hp.com/drivers
I sincerely hope this fixes the issue. Keep me posted. Cheers!
