@Pedarla I suggest you check if the router is dual band,

try USB to wireless: click here for steps

 

If that doesn't work, Try the HP smart app setup by clicking here

 

And go through this link to troubleshoot the wireless setup: click here

I tried all you mentioned as well all type of resets but none of them worked

I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

 

  • Are you trying to connect your printer to your home network, public network or without a router?
  • What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?
  • What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone?
  • I would like to know, is your router set to work on 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network band?
