Laptop can find it, but printer doesn't accept either wi fi direct code or our network password. Smart installed in laptop and in mobile but application cannot connect printer. Wi fi is on and the light is blue. Smart says printer is offline. I have done all the steps with virtual help without success three times. I cannot reset the printer so that I could install it again. I follow instruction but it won't let me reinstall it. Never had any difficulties with my previous printers (different brand). I cannot try wired connection as I don't have a suitable wire. Completely useless printer.
