HpSmart ios14 problem vpn access to Mfp 225dn

Hi everything is working fine i can access the printer in Vpn ikev2 and l2tp on desktop pc but have problem in latest Ios14 app on iphone phone router is setup to accept broadcast proxy arp, it was working before,

Maybe because printer  is older 5 year support it has something with eprint but still can access service and print via email and that is fair and respect from Hp for make using services,

But Ios is not good with Hp Smart it says printer disconected Ios Phone on 4g Internet  ,even is working fine on desktop pc Win10 !

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  
This printer only supports 2.4 and make sure to connect the iPhone to 2.4 and turn off hotspot and then try to connect.

Hi Echo_Lake,

Thanks for your support but this is different problem we want to remotely connect to our printer office using Ikev2 and we succesfully can use it since Hp Smart on Desktop Pc works perfectly,

We use Vpn because Hp wont allow to use eprint service once the printer is out of production cycle,

So the problem are Mobile Ios devices  Or Road Warriors when Make Ikev2  connection broadcast is passed but Hp Smart wont connect to printer worked previously we tried ,but work on Desktop pc remote office
