I want to disable my WIFI on the HP 9120E . I do not use it, and hate the blinking blue light

Seems odd.

 

If you are not using Wi-Fi, it should (can) be disabled.

 

Open your Browser > Type / enter the Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

Section Network > Wi-Fi

If you don't find a way to switch OFF the Wireless in the User manual or EWS,

Cover the offending light with a product made for dimming annoying lights or even a tiny patch of electrical tape.
