Product: HP ENVY 4520

I am trying to connect my HP Laptop to my HP ENVY 4520.  It was connected before but my router change so now I am trying to reconnect the printer but it is givng me problems with the nework

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Let's restore the network defaults.

  • On the printer control panel, touch Wireless button (the Wireless button).
  • Touch Graphic - Setup icon (Settings). 
  • In settings please scroll and search for an option to restore network defaults. 

Once done, connect the Printer to the Wi-Fi:

 

1. From the printer control panel, touch ( Wireless ). 2. Touch ( Settings ). 3. Touch Wireless Setup Wizard. 4. Follow the display instructions to complete the setup.
