I am trying to delete an email from my account that would usually be used to print things wireless, the reason for this is because I do not have access to this email anymore so I would like to delete it from my printer, I cannot delete it from my printer thought because I don’t know the pin the the email and cannot get a new one because I don’t have access to the email it self anymore, what can I do to delete this email from my printer?

Hi @James0951,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you are trying to remove a specific email address from the HP OfficeJet Pro 7720 without access to the associated PIN can be tricky.
Here are a few options depending on your comfort level and urgency:
1: Remove all web services and reconfigure Scan to Email:
- This method removes all email addresses associated with your printer, not just the unwanted one.
- On your printer control panel, locate the HP ePrint icon and tap it.
- Tap the gear icon or settings button and select Remove Web Services. Confirm the prompt.
- Open the Scan to Email app follow the steps to re-enable web services and re-register the app with your desired new email address.
2: Reset the printer to factory defaults:
- Warning: This option will erase all your printer settings, including network settings, saved scans, and address book entries.
- Make sure you have your network credentials (Wi-Fi password, etc.) handy before proceeding.
- On your printer control panel, navigate to Setup > Maintenance > Restore > Restore Factory Defaults. Confirm the prompt.
- Once the reset is complete, reconfigure your printer settings and reconnect to your network.
- Set up Scan to Email again with your desired new email address.
- Access Printer Settings: On the printer's control panel, navigate to the settings menu. The exact steps may vary slightly depending on the printer model, but usually, there should be a settings or setup option accessible from the printer's main menu.
- Network Settings: Look for the section related to network or connectivity settings. In this section, you should find options for managing email addresses and other network-related configurations.
- Email Settings: Within the network settings menu, there should be an option specifically for managing email settings. You might find options to add, edit, or delete email addresses associated with the printer.
- Delete Unwanted Email Address: Locate the unwanted email address from the list of configured email addresses and select the option to delete or remove it from the printer's memory.
- Confirm Deletion: Follow the prompts to confirm the deletion of the unwanted email address. This may involve pressing a button or selecting "Yes" to confirm the action.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
