Product: HP Smart Tank 7301 All-in-One

I bought the wrong printer., a HP smart tank 7301, for a charity that takes special needs kids on the ocean. ( [content removed] ) I bought it so they could print photo certificates for the kids that went on the adventure so they could show their friends. It just doesn't have the print quality they need. I've received help from support about print quality, they even sent me new ink that didn't help. Now I've learned there are HP tank printers with a lot higher print quality. That's what I need. I'm asking if there is anything HP is willing to do on a trade so I can get the printer I need?
