Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello

I have a Ink Tank Wireless 419 printer, I registred the printer in the HPsmart web page but I did not found where set the eprint preferences.

I want print in black every time someone send a documento to my printer.

In the web page I see only change the email address and users (every one, blocked or list)

Hi @Meghanshu1000

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

HP ePrint is a secure cloud-based service that lets you print from anywhere with an active Internet connection. Email the document or photo you want to print directly to the printer.

HP ePrint is a cloud service with limited functionality. You cannot change HP ePrint to print with black ink only, this can be done only while printing from a PC.

To know how to setup ePrint, refer to this document.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

There is a setting in the lower right corner for Monochrome printing.

I see the eprint preference at https://www.hpsmart.com/us/en
