I can't find the apostrophe when trying to type in a new wifi name.  

HP's support is terrible!

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I want to thank you for taking the time to speak to us today. 

I suggest you to press and hold the * key, and it should display additional signs like the $. Otherwise, try to press and hold the # key. One of the keys should give an option to get the $ sign.
