I can't print from privet pick up point?

Can any one help me with this problem?

Welcome to the HP Community --

If you have enabled HP+ service on your HP+ capable Printer,

and

If the printer is on your network,

Print Anywhere can be set up and managed.

Private Pickup is part of the retrieval option for print jobs sent to the printer by "allowed" (invited) guests and, optionally, the account owner.See Step 3 in the Print Anywhere how-to document (link provided later in this message).

When "ON", release stored jobs to print using your mobile phone in the vicinity of the printer and Click to Print.

Private Pickup is managed and can be switched on / off using the instructions in the Print Anywhere how-to document (and video) and in your HP Smart / HP Connected account.
