I can't log in to my HP Smart app with my HP account that I know. I enter everything correctly and the "email" and "password" steps keep repeating. If I enter it wrong, a message pops up stating that I entered the account or password incorrectly. This is why I get the error code "EBS00P0007" when I try to complete the installation of the HP Envy 6420 printer.
I only have a Doogee S61PRO smartphone (OS ANDROID 12) and HP Smart app (version 16.0.0.4184, automatic upgrades via Google Play Store).

I suggest you reinstall the driver and connect the printer to check if that fixes the issue.
