Hp Envy 4520 Aa in one series

I can no longer print emails from my mobile devices (iPad and iPhone) I can only print photos.

i get a message “contacting printer” but then nothing happens.  Sometimes I get a second message saying that my printer is off-line when it is not.

Any advice.

I understand that you have an HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer. I read that the printer does not print emails from your iPad and iPhone bu the photos print fine. Not worry, I'll do my best to help you. 

 

I suggest you to print using the AirPrint feature. The details steps to configure AirPrint and print are in this HP document. This should help to print from the iPad and the iPhone. 

 

Secondly, you may install the HP Smart app on your iPad and iPhone and then try to print through this app.

Nothing can print out. Every step I follow I can print only the first time then. It couldn’t print. No error nothing show. And nothing come out eaither

I even try to send and email to my printer and still nothing work. So disappointed

Hi,

 

If the printer is connected in a network, could you please check fi the printer is responding to print commands from another computer. 

 

If the issue persists I suggest you to contact our HP phone support team.
