Product: Dell Inspiron 555
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can't add my DeskJet 2600 to hpconnected.com.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open Embedded Web Services page of printer(Wi-Fi connection).
  2. Print Info Page.
  3. Copy claim code.
  4. Open https://www.hpconnected.com/ru/ru/newprinter.
  5. Paste claim code from step 3  to input form.
  6. Click on button "Add".

Expect result-printer was added to hpconnected.

Actual result- printer wasn't added to hpconnected.

 

I was finally able to add my printer when I changed the language(RU->EN).

Guys if anybody will have this same problem you should try to change language(YOUR_LANGUAGE->EN) and repeat.
