I cant use e-print service

I have hp 795 smart tank which is has 3 years warranty  updated firmware and enabled web services also rested rested enabled many times

It appears that is connected to hpsmart website but can't setup the email address for eprint

• Note:

  For Smart Tank printers released after Fall 2020, HP ePrint is not supported.

  1.  Smart Tank 795 was released after 2021.

  2.  Checking on specifications for Smat Tank 795 shows the next options:

• Mobile print capability

  Apple AirPrint; HP Print Service Plugin; HP app; Wi-Fi Direct Printing

3. For some Deskjet printer models, ePrint was still available, like Deskjet 2600

Actually I have older one 510 smart tank which the service already working

The newer model 795 stuck only in print from mail feature e-print feature i tried to disable internet services and re enable it

Even i got the code nothing working if I need to re flash the firmware how ?

I cannot answer -- according to my notes, ePrint is not supported on the model.

It's certainly possible I've missed something -- jumping in does include some risk of missing the point.

Final words and a quick exit...

Print Anywhere is mentioned as supported if the printer setup can be made to add it as a non-HP+ printer.

Reminder >> Print Anywhere does not work the same as ePrint -- some of the internal code structures are similar but the interface is different.  Print Anywhere is only accessed via HP Smart (at this writing, still available in Windows) or the HP App (Mobile).  How-to Video links were provided in my previous message.

If you believe your issues are due to an outdated Firmware version, (you can) check and update the Firmware.

1.  Smart Tank 510 did was included with ePrint service when it was manufactured.

• 

2. Smart Tank 795 newer model was not included with ePrint service only the next services:

• Apple AirPrint
• HP Print Service Plugin (Android)
• HP app
• Wi-Fi Direct Printing

3. I don´t know the reasons why newer models was removed from ePrint services.

• 

4. Maybe because ePrint needs some Internet services to work, HP  manufactured new Smart Tank models without that service to reduce costs.
