it only print yellow. Not printing the colors or not even black only. Just yellow.

Thank you for contacting HP.

I would like to understand how long have you been using the printer?

When were the Ink Cartridges replaced last time?

Does the printer show ink levels?

 

Please perform the steps in the link below and check the results.
