Deskjet 2130
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a deskjet 2130 printer I have just purchased  currently plugged into my pc running windows 10 I have a wifi router for my internet connection with my pc hard wired to that running printer software I have a USB port on my router and I was hopeful of plugging the printer to the router via USB so that I can print from my iPad Air 2 or my iPhone 5 se via wifi hopefully someone can help me

Well there was never much luck with USB connected printers to your USB port on the router.  All you can do is to run the HP software and when it tells you to connect the USB cable, plug it into your routers USB port.

 

If it works, fine.  If not... oh well.

Thanks for the reply sabretooth if I get the printer connected via wifi router do I need to get software for my iPad Air and iPhone to use them
