Hi @Simber,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
There could be several reasons why you are not able to print from your iPhone to your HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-In-One Printer. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try.
- Make sure your iPhone and printer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
- Check if your printer supports AirPrint. AirPrint is a built-in feature in iOS that allows you to print wirelessly from your iPhone or iPad to your AirPrint-enabled printer. The HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-In-One Printer does support AirPrint, so this shouldn't be an issue.
- Make sure your printer is turned on and connected to your Wi-Fi network.
- Check if there are any pending print jobs in the printer queue. If there are, cancel them and try printing again.
- Restart both your iPhone and printer.
- Update your iPhone to the latest version of iOS and ensure that your printer has the latest firmware update installed.
- Try printing from a different app on your iPhone. If the problem persists, try printing from a different device (e.g., iPad, computer) to see if it's an issue with your printer or your iPhone.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
