HP Recommended

ITs been asked before and the hard reset didn't work. I cannot print on my printer and I still am going to get charged because I cancelled it on a cycle. if I am getting charged then how come I cannot use my printer without buying a different ink? I need to print things for my business. totally unacceptable that you can charge me but I cannot use the remaining ink that was sent AND PAID FOR thru my subscription.
