I ran out of ink and have not received any new replacements in a long time. When I go to www.hp-connected.com it says: Non HP Instant Ink cartridge installed: We can't determine your next shipment, because we aren't able to read your ink levels. This is for both of my printers. They are both out of ink. I want to know when I can expect replacements for both since I am paying $10.88 X 2 a month?
