We have multiple internal subnets and VPNs for external users, and I need to be able to manually add printers by their IP addresses. There is no way to manually add printers by IP address to HP Printer Service or HP Smart.. please fix this. Go ahead and dumb down what you need to for the primary interface, but don't just remove advanced features for power users.. put those settings and features in an "advanced" section.
