I need to delete my HP account. Can't logon because can't reset fogotten password.

I have two accounts and can't receive email verification code.  One account is my deceased husband account, i have password for that account but email is dormant.    I tried to add my new email but says already exists.   But i can't get an email verification code to that email it is an **bleep** account.   I need to delete the **bleep** account, then i can delete my deceased husband account and add my new email to current printer and HP smart account.    I have same issue with HP account.
