I set up the 6452 through the mobile app. When I try to access the printer's Web Services through its IP address, most of the options are locked. Clicking on any of them pops up a dialog asking for a username and password. But what's the password??? The username appears to be "admin" (judging from the password dialog text) but there's no indication of the password. From online searches, including this forum, I've tried all of the following passwords:
- (blank)
- 1234
- 12345678
- admin
- setup
- (my HP account password)
None of them work.
Can you confirm that the username is "admin"? And then, can you tell us the password?

Hi,
Admin is the user indeed, the password is the PIN found on the label adhered to the printer, It should likely be near the cartridge access area inside the printer when you open the door, if you cannot locate any label there look on the back, side, or bottom of the printer.
