IP Adress “Not Applicable” And WiFi I Not There.

Hi, so I’ve had this issue since I got the printer about a month ago. Essentially it says that the printers IP Adress is “Not Applicable”. I need the IP Adress to add the printer to my HP app. If there’s another way to add it than please inform me, but I don’t have WiFi at the moment so I can’t do it using that. I also can’t seem to find the printers Password for its WiFi, so if you know how to find it that would also be good to know.

Hi Zac,

Your printer supports a USB connection or WiFi connection only, your printer can only have an IP address when connected to a WiFi network, which you don't currently have from your notes.

You may check 'Apple iPhones and iPads' below to print using WiFi Direct, a direct wireless connection from your iOS device and the printer:

If 12345678 not being accepted as the WiFi Direct password for your printer, tap the Wi-Fi Direct icon on the printer screen to find its Wi-Fi Direct name and Password.
