I am having trouble logging into the IP address of my printer (IP address username and password).

It is likely that I have locked my account due to the number of incorrect attempts. However, I was never able to find guidance on what my default username and password are; let alone how to change it. I assumed it was the login to my HP account.

I found a thread suggesting the use of admin/admin, but that was not until after enough attempts that I was probably already locked out.

Could I please get an HP employee to help me unlock my IP address account?

 

I am using Android version 10.

Hi,

The username is admin (lowercase)

The password is the PINCODE listed on the label inside the cartridge access door.
