Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

my printer won't shut off and is giving this error code oxc4eb827f

I have reset my printing system but when trying to add a new printer it's nowhere to be found.

This sounds like a hardware issue, you can try some steps from the document HP Inkjet Printers - '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Code Displays to resolve the issue.

 

If the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
