Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
I see that you are facing issues with your HP DeskJet 2600 All-in-One Printer wherein you cannot print in color using HP Smart App from the iPhone.
I suggest that you follow the steps in this document to update the IOS device.
Also, I suggest that you update the printer firmware by following the steps in this link
Note: Please follow the step under the heading "Update the printer firmware through the HP Smart app" in the above document.

I see that the issue has not resolved after firmware update.
Please follow the steps to uninstall and reinstall HP Smart App from iPhone.
1. Open Settings
2. Select General
3. Click iPhone (Or iPad)
4. Select HP Smart
5. Select the option to Delete
5. Download and install the HP Smart app from this link
Note: If you are prompted to sign in with Microsoft to use the app across devices, you can sign in or click No, thanks to continue.
Disconnect from a Virtual Private Network (VPN) connection before downloading.
