Hi @WSharp60,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Printing issues from a phone can be frustrating, especially when the size is way off. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot the problem:

Check Printer Settings: Ensure that your printer settings are set to the correct paper size and orientation. Sometimes, printers default to sizes like A3 or Ledger, which could cause the document to print larger than expected.

PDF Settings: If you're printing a PDF, check the scaling options in the PDF viewer on your phone. Make sure it's set to "Actual Size" or "Fit to Page" rather than something like "Scale to Fit" or a specific percentage scaling.

Print Preview: Before you print, if there's an option to preview the document, use it. This can give you an idea of how the document will appear on the printed page and whether any adjustments are needed.

Print from a Computer: If possible, try printing the PDF from a computer instead of your phone. Sometimes, printing from a computer provides more options for adjusting settings.

Update Printer Drivers: Ensure that your printer drivers are up to date. Sometimes outdated drivers can cause printing issues.

Restart Printer and Phone: Sometimes, a simple restart of both your printer and phone can resolve connectivity or communication issues.

Try a Different App: If you're using a specific app to print, try a different one. There might be compatibility issues with the app you're using.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
