How can I get ink before I run out? It is so inconvenient to be without with this service. I have checked tracking, and it is 'sender has advised us they're preparing your item", I wonder how long this will take? Thanks in advance.

Thank you for visiting the HP Forums! A great place where you can find solutions for your issues with help from the community! I am not quite sure about the issue you are having with the ink.
Are you indicating that you are currently out of ink, and would like HP to replace it? Or that you signed up for Instant Ink?
Could you also provide me with the exact model of the printer? Use this link to find it: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_2039298-1862169-16 (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).
If this is to do with Instant Ink, I need to know few details regarding your Instant ink account to help you get the ink cartridge.
Your HP Instant Ink account page contains the data on past deliveries and estimated shipments.
It also helps you understand what state your cartridges are in based on HP's data,
Any issues will be shown with its solution using a step by step approach, to make it easier for you!
Please check your account page to see the latest cartridge information by signing into your account at "instantink.com".
If the suggested information can't be found, You may respond to the private message, as the instant ink account details are confidential,
I am sending you a private message with the information required for accessing the instant ink account. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
Please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile,
Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Please reply back on the public post as this Private message box is not monitored.
