Using iOS 14.4.2. Have updated to the latest firmware and am using latest device OS. Although documents preview correctly, they do not print at full size.

@Ceresa, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

To assist you better, which app are you using to print and what are you trying to print from your iOS device?

Are you printing on regular paper?

Try making a standalone copy and check if that prints fine. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

 

You may use AirPrint or the HP Smart app to print and check the results.
