Hi everyone,
I cancelled my Instant Ink subscription as I wasn't using it. It was a free trail and I cancelled it yesterday however I got charged today (even through it is technically a two month trail). Tried contacting support but just got ignored. Any help?

I can't imagine being ignored.
I do note when I checked that the Instant Ink Support office does not operate 24 hours a day.
