Envy 4500

My Envy 4500 printer was working just fine but now I cannot get it to conenct to instant ink it keeps saying it is offline despite me refreshing the page, I've tried switching it on and off and unplugging it but nothing has worked.

It just keeps coming up with the message Current as of: 31 Oct, 2016 15:10 Cannot refresh now. Try again later. and I have tried to remove web service but it won't let me, just says that there is no conenction.

Hi,

I've included a link to the support page for your printer below.  You will need to make sure that the printer is still connected to your home wifi network - you may be abl eto do this through you rprinter front panel or you may need to connect it to a windows PC or MAC to do so.
