Hello. I am trying to enroll my printer to the HP Instant Ink program, but when I sign in it automatically redirects me to the UK Instant Ink website, even though I am in Cyprus. So I can't enroll my printer with HP Instant ink because the shipping address is locked in the UK ( so I can't enter my address) and the price is in pounds instead of euro.

I understand you are trying to enroll the printer in Instant Ink. Make sure the date, time, and region settings on your computer are correct.

My date, time and region settings on my computer are correct. I don't think the problem is my computer because the same thing happens when I use my smartphone.
When I go to the Instant Ink webpage for the Cyprus region (the one you sent me) and sign in to my HP account it automatically redirects me to the UK Instant Ink webpage and there is no option to change the region (only when I sign out, but I can't enroll the printer when I am signed out). Maybe my account is linked to the UK region or something. When I go to https://account.id.hp.com/profile my region is set to Cyprus.
Also, I did not find anything useful on "Enrolling in HP Instant Ink" webpage.

In this case, kindly contact the Instant Ink department in your region for assistance. The contact information can be found on the home page of Instant Ink. Or go to HP Instant Ink support
