I have been enrolled in the Instant Ink program for almost 2 years, and everything has been fine until now.
I'm starting to work on my taxes and need to print information from the banks, etc. and after 2 pages nothing is printing and I am out of black ink.
I've checked my Instant ink account online and see no indication that a new black cartridge is being shipped.
Guess I'll go to the store to buy a new one - although this defeats the purpose of the "instant ink" program.
How do I go about getting another cartridge sent to me?

Hi @GA-yaya
Try these steps -
1) Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
2) Wait until the printer is idle and silent.
3) With the printer turned on, unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.
3) Wait for 60 seconds.
4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not to a surge protector.
5) Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
If the issue still persists, try cleaning the ink cartridges. Refer to step# 3 and 4 from this document.

Thanks for the tips!
Went through the cleaning process and double-checked the updated firmware - all is good.
The printer began printing using the "Instant Ink" black cartridge after I had used the new one purchased at the store on Friday. (I reinserted the "Instant Ink" cartridge when I was finished with my printing for the day. Wanted to make sure it didn't confuse the Instant Ink program) It printed in black after begin re-inserted.
Also, wanted to note that when I went to my online Instant Ink account this morning, it stated that a new Black Ink cartridge will be shipped in 2 weeks.
Just hoping that the little bit of remaining ink will hold out until then. <fingers crossed>
