I have attempted to invite other users, using their email address. The system tells me the email addresses are invalid.

??

I realize you are sitting in front of the computer and what you are seeing makes the problem seem obvious.

From far away, not-so-much.

It's as if I walked up to you on a random city street and said, "I cannot invite anyone."

Regardless,

Whatever this means in the context of using your computer is not likely something for which we can offer any advice.

Suggestion

Ask for help from the support group for the task you are trying to complete.

For example,

  • If the task / reason for the invitation is for a meeting, ask for help from the people who provide the meeting platform.
  • If the task / reason for the invitation is to extend your email calendar,  ask for help from the people who provide your email service.

If you are convinced the Community can help,

Provide the details to help us understand what you are trying to accomplish.
