Bought a new laserjet mfp 3301cdw and followed instructions given in box to connect printer to my network and successfully printed an ms word page from my laptop.
My ipad’s pages app sees printer and acts like it sent the doc to the printer but printer sits quiet and shows no incoming docs.
Looked at various youtube and troubleshooting articles but docs sent from ipad and iphone still not being printed and printer’s job queue is still empty.
Any ideas out there would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @ImaKupuna
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.
I understand you are unable to print from your iOS devices.
May I know if your printer and iOS devices are connected to the same wireless network?
Enable AirPrint from the HP Smart app
On your mobile device, use the HP Smart app to check for and enable AirPrint on your printer.
Open the HP Smart app, and then create an account or sign in.
If you do not have HP Smart, download it from 123.hp.com or your app store.
On the app home screen, select your printer name or image.
Under Advanced, select Advanced Settings or Printer Home Page (EWS).
Select Network, and then look for AirPrint.
If AirPrint does not display, your printer does not support it. Use an alternate method to print, such as Wi-Fi Direct.
If AirPrint displays, select it, and then select Status.
If you are prompted to go to a secure HTTPS-enabled webpage, select OK or Redirect to HTTPS.
If a connection is not private message displays, select Advanced or Show Details, and then select Proceed to 192.168.x.xx or visit this website.
Under AirPrint Status, select Turn on AirPrint.
If this solution hits the spot, please come back and click "Accepted Solution" to help others find the answer. And if you'd like to say thanks, select "Yes" on the bottom left of the public post, as that would make our day!
Take care, and have an amazing day!
Regards,
