Product: DeskJest 2600 All-in-One Printer

I contacted the HP help line phone number to help set up printer with my laptop & since, they have helped me get connected when my printer wasn't printing material from my laptop. They sold me Battersea Tech for $249.99 as they said I have computer worms that keep multiplying, which is corrupting my server. Could this truly be a problem & a legitimate company or was I SCAMMED? The HP virtual help line was unable to help me on the HP Customer Support Website.

What country are we talking about?  Theoretically report them to Law Enforcement.

Get you money back from the credit card company, cancel your cards?

Take measures to protect your accounts from repeat transactions.

No-Cost/Lo-Cost options, so I guess you were conned, scammed whatever the name it was a FRAUD.
