I have seen answers online where the solution is to:
- Go to HP Connected, and then sign in to your account
- From the My Printers window, click the ePrint History button for your printer
- Click the All Printers drop-down arrow, and then click the name of the printer to view a specific printer's print history.
however, there isn't a My Printers window on that webpage, nor is there an ePrint button on the HP Envy 6055e.

Hi @blumberco
Welcome to HP Support Community!
We noticed that this thread hasn't had any updates in a while since your original post; while this is rare, we didn't want this post to remain unanswered, so, here's the solution to your query. We hope it helps you and everyone viewing this post 😊
It looks like the steps you found online might be outdated or not applicable to the HP Envy 6055e.
HP has made changes to its Connected services, and some features—like ePrint History—may no longer be available for certain models.
To check your printer’s print history, try these alternatives:
- HP Smart App – Open the app and see if there’s a print history section.
- Printer Web Interface – Type your printer’s IP address into a web browser and look for print logs.
- Check Print Queue – On Windows or macOS, go to Printers & Scanners, select your printer, and check the print queue.
Let me know if you need help navigating these options! 😊
