LJ Pro M404N no internet connection

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have connected the ethernet cable and have an IP address but no internet connection. I have tried other ports in the house that have connection to other devices and still nothing. I've gone through all the HP troubleshooting info with no luck.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are unable to print from Ethernet.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
