OfficeJet Pro 8025e

It appears that the print to email address feature has been removed from my new OfficeJet Pro 8025e printer.  Does anyone know if there is any way around this?

You’re welcome @BobM351,

I afraid you cannot use HP ePrint to print remotely via email, the feature is not supported by an Officejet 8025e printer, regardless of any cloud subscription option.

Hi,

The HP Officejet Pro 8025e printer surely support HP ePrint, see the HP ePrint icon (Figure 3) below:

You may follow below support document to enable HP ePrint for your printer:

I do not have that icon.
Might it have something to do with HP+?? Would enabling that turn that feature off?

Please tap the wireless icon and not the IP Address of the printer.

Browse the IP address from any device connected to the same network.

Go to Settings > Security > Administrator Settings, there you may enable any HP ePrint or HP Web Services option and then you should see the option added.

Web Services is turned on and there is no ePrint option(s).

Checking back to see if you've thought of any way to get ePrint back or if you've concluded that it is no longer available on the OfficeJet Pro 8025e printer?

Hi,

I afraid that HP ePrint is not available for the 8025e model indeed, also its user guide clearly indicate the same (see the control panel features, and no HP ePrint information is listed due to not offered by the printer:

Thank you for the follow up.  I did discover that the 8025 printer does support ePrint, but as you said, the 8025e does not. The 8025 and 8025e appear to look the same and have the same specifications.  The only difference that I've noticed so far is that the 8025e has the HP+ warranty and ink subscription available.  To your knowledge, if I turn off the HP+ subscription, would/could the ePrint turn back on?
