It sounds like your iPhone and the DeskJet 2800 aren’t quite syncing up — like they’re speaking different languages.

 

If your printer setup is stuck on “Sending location” or not detecting it:

Make sure Bluetooth and Location Services are both turned on for the HP Smart app.

Go to your iPhone’s Settings > HP Smart > Location and set it to “While Using the App.”

Also, ensure you’re on a stable Wi-Fi connection and not switching between mobile data and Wi-Fi during setup.

 

Give your phone and printer a soft restart if things still feel frozen. Let me know how it goes — we’ll get them talking again!
