1. I installed a new ink cartridge (67) for the DeskJet 3752, but it showed low ink. Could this be because the 67 ink cartridge is not compatible with the DeskJet 3752, causing the error?
2. How can I print my WiFi Direct password? I tried all the solutions suggested by the virtual assistant, but it still isn't printing.

Hi @Sherly1,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Product. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
1. Ink Cartridge Compatibility Issue
The HP DeskJet 3752 uses HP 65 or HP 65XL ink cartridges, not HP 67. The reason your printer is showing low ink is likely due to an incompatibility between the HP 67 cartridge and your printer. Here’s what you should do:
- Replace the HP 67 cartridge with a compatible HP 65 or HP 65XL cartridge.
- Once you install the correct cartridge, the low ink warning should disappear.
2. Printing the WiFi Direct Password
To print your WiFi Direct password on the HP DeskJet 3752, follow these steps:
Press the Information button (i) on the printer’s control panel. This button looks like a small "i" symbol.
If that doesn’t work:
- Press and hold the WiFi Direct button (or Wireless button) for 3 seconds until the printer prints a page. This page will include the WiFi Direct password.
If these steps still don't work, try resetting the WiFi Direct settings by pressing both the WiFi Direct and Cancel buttons together for 3 seconds, then try again to print the information page.
Refer to this document: HP DeskJet 3752 All-in-One Printer User manual
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
