HAS ANYONE BEEN IN THE MIDDLE OF RECEIVING A FAX AND ALL OF A SUDDEN THE FAX STOPS AND GIVES THE MESSAGE THAT HP RECOMMENTS USING COLORLOK PAPER? I HAVE ALWAYS USED STAPLES PLAIN PAPER AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM.  I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING THAT HAS BEEN RECOMMENDED AND THEN CALLED UP SUPPORT TO WHICH THE REP AND I WERE DISCONNECTED AND I CALLED BACK AND WAS LEFT ON HOLD AND HE NEVER EVER CALLED BACK.  NOW I STILL

HAVE NO FAX MACHINE OR COPIER AND NEED BOTH DESPERATELY.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!

They will contact you shortly and likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number.

 

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.

Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (such as serial numbers and case details).

I have received both of your messages but no one has still contacted me. What # will they call from because our phone blocks unknown numbers???

I went and purchased Colorlok paper and it still says tray is empty and HP leaves me on hold for hours or tells me to repeat the same steps that the HP site has already told me to do which I have done probably 25 to 30 times now and my printer still will not pick up the new Colorlok paper so I can use it. If HP can't replace this printer I will change my computer AND printer over to another brand. This makes 2 HP printers that have gone bad. Not a good score for the HP team

You can delete my message because the printer was bad. HP delivery me a refurbished printer today.
