HP photosmart D110 printer will not connect to wifi after the software updated. I've gone through the wireless set up many many times and it still won't connect.  The password is correct it just flat won't connect and I even did a restore to default and still nothing.  It's causing me to lose productivity big time

Hi @sewfancystitchi,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I understand that you are unable to connect to the wifi. I'd like to help!

Do you get an error message when trying to connect to the Wi-Fi?
Are you connecting the printer to a 2.4Ghz network or 5Ghz network?

Is it a private (Home network) or a public Wi-Fi connection? Wi-Fi direct? Or Hotspot?
What device are you using the printer with a Windows computer, Mac, Android, or iPhone?

How is the printer connected to USB or Wireless?

What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?
Have you done any changes to your router network or software?

Meanwhile, let's restore the Network settings on the printer

  • Touch the Wireless button on the front of the product.
  • Touch the Right Arrow button to select Wireless Settings, and then touch OK.
  • Touch the Right Arrow button to select Restore Network Defaults, and then touch OK.
  • Select Yes to confirm your selection, and then touch OK.
  • Next, run the wireless setup wizard to connect the printer back to your network

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
