Good evening.
I've been having alot of grief with my hp envy 5032. I recently got some new ink delivered, put it in my printer and it has a black circle with a straight line through it. When I click it or try to print it says the following, 'cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP instant ink'. Although I am.
I have tried resetting my printer, updating my printer, checking its online and enrolled (which it is ) and I still cant use it ?? I'm at uni and its becoming very very inconvenient.
please can you help me rsolve this problem and quickly !!!
Thankyou

Thank you for posting this on HP Support Community
I understand you have an issue with the Instant ink cartridges. Don't worry I'll be glad to assist you.
As you have mentioned in your post that you've already tried to update the printer firmware as well as reset the printer.
In this scenario, I would suggest have you checked your HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.
If the suggested information can't be found, please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly.
Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it. Click here for more details on how to access the private messages on HP Forums.
Hope this helps!
Let me know how that goes.
Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
