Product: Officejet Pro 8500Ae
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard and older

Changed print cartridges, genuine HP, did all the cleaning processes under Tools. Alignment failed. Magenta and Yellow will not print. Black and Cyan are in perfect alignment, just no magenta and yellow. Checked everything more than 3 times. Very frustrated now. Any ideas please? Linny 3
