I have had my new HP Envy printer for one week, and I have having major problems. Just today, it hasd shut off nd displayed two different error codes: 0XB98A219C and 0XB96A2198. Nowhere online are these codes listed.  Also, the printer as stopped connteting to the wireless in the house (even though it recognizes the servers), meaning that my computer won't recognize it so I cannot use HP online help.  I hve unplugged the computer several times, but this has not changed anything. Please advise!

Thanks for reaching out to the HP Support Forums for a solution to your printer issues.

 

I understand that you are using an HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer with a Windows 10 computer and it was displaying error codes 0XB98A219C and 0XB96A2198, and also has not been able to connect to your network. I would like to help.

 

Here is the support document intended for use when dealing with what we call "0x errors" - '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Displays.

 

If we can get past the "0x errors" then we can look at getting the printer connected to your network again.

Of coarse my code was not on this list I didn't even get to print one document Code OXB98A219c -- I see that this has been a issue for many people I am hesitation to get an exchange unless there is a know fix for this issue. What is our solution?  I tried what was recommened several times, but my cartirages do not move so I cannot take them out and re insert them.  I have only done the calibration page not even one print.  I called but got the same instructions. the person was not even aware of my code.    Something has to be done ASAP
