I was trying to use the eprint option from work and when I got home the printer spit out a mimecast message "Important: The following messages addressed to you are currently on hold." How do I get rid of this?

I see that Mimecast has blocked your print job from printing.
Update the printer firmware
Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your PC.
Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.
Now, send an ePrint to check if the issue is resolved.
